I followed in my parents’ footsteps and joined the insurance industry. With life and health, I worked for AFLAC 2008-2018 from a Benefit Advisor to District Manager to the Guam Regional Manager.
Following a tragedy in the family, I left Aflac in 2018 and founded Cruz Benefits Consultants with my mom Annie Cruz. In 2019 and each year after, we expanded our portfolio of insurance solutions to provide added-value. It was a family dream and legacy to serve our community by providing the best insurance solutions for our customers.

Like many careers, mine didn’t follow a straight path. I found my way into telecom, stayed curious, and nearly 20 years later, I’m still here—learning, adapting, and driving results.
I’ve had great mentors who showed me the power of experience and perspective. Mentor programs like this don’t just happen—GWCC is doing the work to build something meaningful, and I’m glad to be part of it.
Nobody has it all figured out. The key is to keep learning, keep improving, and help others do the same.
