The GWCC Mentorship Program connects women with experienced professionals to gain guidance, expand networks, and grow their careers or businesses. Mentees receive tailored advice on leadership, strategy, and career advancement, while mentors share their expertise to support and inspire the next generation of women leaders. Join us to learn, grow, and make meaningful connections that drive success.

The Process

Apply by March 20, 2026. Submit your application to join as a mentor or mentee.

Mentors and mentees are matched based on preferences, goals, and availability. Pairings will be announced by March 27, 2026.

Pairs meet at least quarterly (or more often, as agreed) to set goals, track progress, and stay accountable.

Participants will have access to exclusive networking events designed for mentorship program members.

Can I participate if I'm not a member?

You can select up to five preferred mentors when applying. We will assign an available mentor. Once paired, you’ll work with one mentor throughout the program.
